By accessing or using any services, websites, galleries, or client portals provided by Ward Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services
We provide photography and related digital services, which may include online galleries, ordering, downloads, and communication through a white label platform. Specific details for each session or project are outlined in your invoice, contract, or booking confirmation.
Client Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us as soon as possible.
Payments and Fees
Prices, retainers, and due dates are communicated at booking or checkout. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, retainers and digital orders are non refundable once work has started or files have been delivered.
Image Ownership and Licensing
Ward Studio retains copyright to all images created, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Clients receive usage rights according to the package or license purchased. Commercial usage, advertising usage, or extended rights must be agreed to in writing.
Gallery Access and Delivery
Online galleries and downloads may be available for a limited time. It is your responsibility to download and back up delivered files. We are not obligated to store files indefinitely, although we may keep backups at our discretion.
Prohibited Use
You may not resell, heavily alter, or distribute images in a way that misrepresents authorship or violates the license granted. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
Third Party Platforms
Our services may connect with payment processors, gallery hosts, and other third parties. Your use of these services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ward Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, missed expectations, or platform outages. If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Policies for cancellation, rescheduling, and no shows are outlined in your session agreement or invoice. By booking, you agree to those terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
